Justin Tso is the Founder and General Partner of Ag Ventures and Director of Longevity Global China. He holds an MA in Biotechnology from Columbia University. His experience spans biotech IPO and SPAC advisory involving the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as cross-border healthcare venture work with MSQ Ventures, RTW Investments, and emerging AI and biotechnology companies. He supports fundraising, licensing, and commercialization and helps connect aging scientists, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and investors through longevity-focused initiatives across Asia.

Aaisha Bhuiyan is a General Partner at Ag Ventures, a Venture Partner at Hustle Fund, and co-founder of Emerging Founder School. She is also a limited partner in two venture funds and an active angel investor in early-stage healthcare and B2B SaaS companies. Alongside her investment work, she co-owns Next Day Access of Bergen County, which provides accessibility solutions that support aging in place. Aaisha also teaches as an adjunct faculty member in Columbia University's Strategic Communication program.
